Introduction To Smoking Cessation
Helping People Quit
I have learned a lot over the past couple of years in regards to helping people quit smoking. Perhaps the most important lesson that I have learned is that people have a short window in which they will commit to quitting. So we are changing things a little and instead of offering five-day cessation programs we are now presenting a one hour Introduction to Smoking Cessation which may be followed-up by private cessation counseling offered online or in person.
This one hour program is a must-do for people who want to finally end their addiction to nicotine. Benefit from the knowledge of a professional counselor who specializes in addiction and recovery. Class sizes are kept small so that everyone can ask questions and get answers. You will be able to see Alina on your computer screen and participate by using your telephone. Each participant will receive supporting documentation such as a smoking cessation plan emailed to them during the online session. Follow-up cessation counseling is available.
