The Quit Smoking Cruise
The Quit Smoking Cruise is sailing again on our 11th Voyage this January 8th 2009. Ports will include St. Maarten, Tortola and St. Kitts.
This itinerary is only offered two months out of the year, so we delayed our New Year's resolution cruise until January 8th. You can still make your resolution to quit smoking in 2009 but you won't need to quit smoking at the stroke of midnight on New Year's Eve. This will give you a week to relapse and then do something about it.
Alina will not be onboard for this one but will be offering cessation counseling and seminars over the ships internet system in Hot Spots throughout the ship. There is a limited amount of bandwidth so participation is limited. Please contact us to ensure that there is space available in the program.
Michael will be onboard to coach people along and to present Alina's cessation program in the event that there are technical difficulties. While we have been told that it will work, we are going to be prepared for any event.

Details
Internet Cessation Seminars are interactive and enable you to communicate with Alina by using the chat-box built into the Adobe Connect program. You may also pay the ship's cell phone connection fees and communicate verbally with her during the seminars.
The last time we sailed phone charges were $3.00 per minute. So we recommend only using the Internet service for your cessation seminars and posing your questions to Alina via the built-in chat capabilities, instead of dialing-out to ask her questions. Therefore the communication charges will only cost $100 for 250 minutes of Internet access. This will give you enough time for four one hour cessation seminars and another ten minutes for emailing your family and friends.

Remember Your Health on September the 12th
We will be setting sail again in September for the Eastern Caribbean. The exotic ports of call include Nassau, St. Thomas and St. Maarten.
Alina will be onboard presenting a series of five cessation seminars. The seminars are scheduled in a manner that enables you to take full advantage of everything that the ship has to offer.
